> Summary: Move from Sprinto to OptiTech: compare flat SEK pricing against your Sprinto renewal, carry over your async audit preparation, and step up from checklist-driven checks to law-based NIS2 with authority reporting.

# Migrate from Sprinto

Move your compliance program from Sprinto to OptiTech

Sprinto wins teams on price and onboarding speed, and if that's how you chose it, apply the same test here: OptiTech's pricing is flat, published in SEK on the [pricing page](https://neon.com/pricing), and onboarding takes under a week. What changes is the ceiling. Sprinto gets you through a SOC 2 or ISO 27001 audit; it has no Swedish legal texts, no MSB or IMY filing, no Fortnox or BankID, and thin support for the supply chain duties NIS2 and DORA create.

## Before you export

- **Compare renewal math, not list price.** Sprinto is billed annually. Put your renewal quote next to [OptiTech's plans](https://neon.com/docs/introduction/plans) and include what you pay separately today (training tools, questionnaire hours) since those are included here.
- **If you're mid-audit, finish it in Sprinto.** Sprinto's async audit flow means an in-flight audit is cheapest to complete where it started. Migrate the week after the report lands.

## Export from Sprinto

Export controls with their check status, policies, personnel data, and your vendor list. Sprinto's exports are straightforward CSVs and documents; include evidence for the closed audit period as your archive.

## Import and upgrade the checks

Upload through **Settings**, then **Import**. Sprinto's checks map to OptiTech controls, and the assistant marks each one: covered by a continuous integration check here, or manual in both (imported as a task). Expect the automated share to grow, especially once the Swedish integrations come online.

## Activate NIS2 properly

If NIS2 is why you're moving, activate it now: requirements come from the Swedish legal text and MSBFS, and your imported ISO 27001 or SOC 2 controls pre-fill everything they genuinely satisfy. The gap analysis shows what's actually left.

## Connect the Swedish layer and cut over

Fortnox or Visma, BankID, Kivra. When your controls are green, cancel before the Sprinto renewal date.

## What changes when you switch

- **Same buying experience, higher ceiling**: transparent pricing and fast onboarding, plus the frameworks Sprinto doesn't reach
- **Authority reporting**: the MSB flow (24 hours, 72 hours, one month) and IMY's 72-hour flow, filed from the platform
- **Supply chain depth**: vendor questionnaires and the DORA ICT register when your customers start asking
- **EU data residency under EU ownership**, which Sprinto can't offer
