Migrate from enterprise GRC tools

Move from ServiceNow GRC, OneTrust, LogicGate, or Hyperproof to OptiTech

Enterprise GRC platforms like ServiceNow GRC, OneTrust, LogicGate, and Hyperproof are built for compliance departments with implementation budgets. Teams move to OptiTech to keep the structure but lose the weight: continuous evidence collection, Swedish authority flows, and onboarding in a week instead of a quarter.

What you can import

  • Control libraries: your control catalog mapped against OptiTech's framework requirements
  • Risk register: risks, scores, owners, and treatment plans
  • Policies: documents imported with content intact, with version control and e-signing applied
  • Vendor records: suppliers, assessments, and contract data into the vendor register
  1. Export from your GRC tool

Export controls, risks, policies, and vendor data. Most platforms export to CSV or Excel; the import assistant handles both, plus document bundles.

  2. Upload to the import assistant

In the Console, open Settings, then Import, and upload the export. The assistant proposes the mapping; large control libraries often consolidate, since cross-mapping removes the duplicates enterprise tools accumulate.

  3. Connect your integrations

Connect your identity provider, cloud, code hosting, and the Swedish systems. Controls that required manual attestation in your GRC tool become continuously verified.

  4. Verify and cut over

Run the two in parallel through one reporting cycle if your governance requires it. When your controls are green in OptiTech, retire the old platform.

What you gain

  • Continuous evidence collection instead of attestation campaigns
  • The MSB incident flow (24 hours, 72 hours, one month) and the IMY 72-hour flow
  • NIS2 and the Swedish Cybersecurity Act from the source text
  • Onboarding in days, a dedicated CSM on the Enterprise plan, and flat published pricing
